Gluten Free Procedures

*Please let management know if you have Celiac Disease or a Gluten allergy that requires additional steps to avoid CC and use of our dedicated oven. All nighttime orders requiring the dedicated oven and usage of separate ingredients must be called in before 4pm and scheduled ahead. Orders during the daytime hours do not need to be preordered, but may have longer wait times to ensure safety. *All Gluten Free items that are prepared with separate ingredients using our dedicated oven will be labeled “GF Dedicated Oven”. Only the owner will prepare food through this oven to ensure proper handling and procedures. *All Gluten Free items prepared through our regular oven will be made with the same toppings as all of the regular hand tossed pizzas. These items will be labeled “GF Regular Oven” *The following toppings are NOT Gluten Free: Alfredo, Chicken, Tuscan Chicken, Steak, Roasted Peppers and Onions. *We are not a Gluten Free facility. There is risk for cross contamination.
